Hi, I'm Kat! This is your chance to be completely naked while practicing yoga with a small group of like-minding free-thinking people. I have been teaching yoga for a decade and clothing-free yoga for a couple years now in several cities. I will be in Toronto this week and would love to have you join the class. It will not be difficult, we'll just do some basic poses that you can try to the best of your abilities. On this Monday night, 8:30-9:30pm all genders are welcome.
