The Awaken Studio - Naked Yoga experience will focus on gentle and safe exploration through an asana or posture and alignment-based practice. The emphasis is on the asana (posture), breath and awakening the body to it's full potential.
All men are welcome.
At this class there is NUDITY.
Please note that in these classes there is NO individual, shared or mutual touch. There are many touch events offered at the studio and this is not one of them.
