You will experience 2 full days of bliss, peace, and challenge for your naked body and naked mind. Twelve inspiring workshop leaders will take you on journeys of self discovery and body awakening exercises. Arrive Friday afternoon and find a camping spot, or book a room. Events will start that evening. Saturday will be non-stop sessions all day. In the evening chill out with some free form activities. Sunday morning classes continue and will finish by mid-day. Time to relax and take a swim in Lake Beamor! More details for the weekend will be available soon.

Some possibilities... dance - yoga - chi gong - meditation - aikido - tai chi - buto

And just too affirm... there will NOT be the usual level of photography at this event - if there is any, it will be very restricted and announced. Also, in case you have any doubts, there is absolutely nothing sexual in any of the workshops and you will not be asked to do anything that is a discomfort to you.

We have always enjoyed our time with the past Bodyfests and are looking forward to the upcoming one in 2021. Since we live in Upstate New York, hoping that we will be able to enter Canada by then!
