In Blindfold yoga we don a covering over our eyes part of the time to tune in deeper with the instructions and our body. The need to focus is crucial, therefore all the other thoughts that sometimes intrude are left to the wayside. It's a very calm and personal experience. Don't worry, the teacher doesn't wear a blindfold! She'll be there to ensure your safety. You're welcome to bring your own blindfold, or wear one that's provided.
Marrying Naturism and Yoga is creating connected individuals.
