Yes, this is Nude Yoga presented by Naked Club! Participate in our Naturist experience where all judgement, shame and sexual preoccupation is left at the door. You know deep down that "nude is not rude" but actually the most natural thing in the world. Feel the freedom of stretching your body to the limit without the constraint of clothing. All levels of fitness including beginners are accepted. This nudist yoga class is taught by Melissa in the homey atmosphere of the Yoga Mix space at Studio Cozy in Toronto. The setting is private, the lighting is subdued, and the background music is relaxing. Bring a mat and towel (also available at the studio). To register please contact Naked Club admin or email nomad@naked-club.org and/or buy a ticket at the button-link that says "EVENT WEBSITE".
$15 or $25 per couple. (Credit Cards accepted) Starts at 8:00 pm at Yoga Mix in the Junction Triangle (Toronto). There is parking in the lot just outside the front door, just don't park in front or anyone's garage door. https://www.yogamix.ca/
