Keogh Hot Springs is a free and natural spring. The pool has a long history of people using its geothermal hot springs for medicinal and healing purposes. There is a creek that runs from the spring towards Highway 395 that has been dammed by locals, creating several natural pools. There pools have been cooling over the past couple years, so get there while they are still hot. Public nudity is common here.
