Silverglades is our idyllic site, close to the beautiful village of Silverdale about 10 miles north of Lancaster and close to Morecambe Bay. There are ten acres of natural woodland where you can relax in one of the smaller clearings, where you will probably not see another person. The larger clearing beside the clubhouse is partly set aside as a wild flower meadow but the main lawn may be used for socialising, or maybe a picnic or barbecue. Whichever part of Silverglades you visit you will have peace and quiet. There is a communal area on the main lawn to meet other club members. There is plenty of space for reading, relaxing, sleeping, quiet reflection or wildlife watching. We have rare species of butterfly, colourful dragonfly, rabbits, squirrels, and the occasional visit from deer.
